Kale Chips

So I'll start with a simple, healthy recipe... Kale Chips. Kale is a nutrient-rich green leafy vegetable. It is slightly bitter. This recipe works as a satisfying snack, as it has "crunch." But it is 100% nutritious!

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
Get a bunch of kale. Wash it. Dry it. Tear it into snack-size pieces.
Place in plastic bag and add a little olive oil.  Swish it around to cover all the leaves. (Or the shortcut method is just to spray with cooking oil once the leaves are arranged on a baking sheet.  but it doesn't taste as good to me for some reason.)
Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil to reduce sticking.
Lay the leaves out on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with salt or garlic salt or other herbs.
Cook at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir leaves around. Cook for another 10 - 15 minutes, checking often to ensure leaves don't burn.
